Copy Selena Gomez’s makeup, following the tips of makeup artist Gabriel Samra, who gives us the key to a discreet but very flattering look.
In addition to being a stylist and makeup artist in high demand, our trusted beauty expert Gabriel Samra is a spokesperson for major brands of beauty products. Today, Samra brings us a list of 5 steps to replicate the flawless look of Selena Gomez.
“The makeup of this singer and actress is characteristically very discreet. It is an ideal look for any occasion, and very suitable for women who want to look beautiful without standing out too much,” explains Samra.
This is the step by step guide to copy Selena Gomez’s makeup:
1.- Use very natural tones that manage to conceal imperfections and enhance your beauty. Cover imperfections with a concealer in the same tone as your skin. This product is basic, since no one’s skin is smooth and perfect, and we always have to cover blemishes, dark circles or reddened areas.
2.- Selena achieves her velvety touch with a fluid foundation, which unifies the skin tone and gives it a natural look without covering too much.
3.- For the cheeks, the ideal is a peach-colored blush to illuminate her face and provide touches of color at the key points: nose, forehead and chin.
4.- The eye shadows she uses are pink with highlights on the lower eyelid and a golden shadow for the upper eyelid. Both shades are mixed to create a smoky effect. Selena knows how important it is to line her eyes, so she never forgets to frame her big eyes with black or gray eyeliner and a touch of mascara on her lashes.
5.- For the lips she uses pink or nude colors, super natural shades that give a touch of color to the lips but without highlighting them too much. Don’t forget to give a final touch to your lips with a little gloss.
