tamarind & coconut margarita a mocktail as an ode to mexican culture during this special time of year. i used tamarind pods to make a tamarind simple syrup and garnished with marigolds, the iconic flower of dia de los muertos — it’s tangy and creamy. add mezcal if you want it alcoholic.
