Basil Lime Elixir

Ingredients:

  • 1 lime
  • 1 oz. agave syrup
  • 2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 6 basil leaves
  • Ice

Directions: Muddle a lime wedge, basil leaves, and 1 oz. of agave syrup in a shaker. Then add 2 oz. of freshly squeezed lime juice, 2 oz. of vodka, and ice. Shake well. Rim the glass with Tajín, fill it with ice, strain the mixture into the glass, and garnish with a lime wedge and a basil leaf.

Caramelonade

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Frisky Whiskey
  • ½ cup chopped cantaloupe
  • ½ cup lemonade
  • 2 oz coconut water
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • Club soda
  • Frozen melon balls, fresh mint, dried pineapple slice, and whiskey cherries for garnish

Directions: Add the cantaloupe, lemonade, and coconut water to a blender and puree until smooth. Add the melon puree, Frisky Whiskey, and pineapple juice to a short glass. Top with club soda and stir. Add frozen melon balls and garnish with fresh mint, a dried pineapple slice, and a whiskey cherry skewer.

CARAMELONADE 1

Havana Breeze

Ingredients:

  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1/2 cup club soda
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions: Place mint leaves and one lime wedge into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice. Add two more lime wedges and the simple syrup, and muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not strain the mixture. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour the rum over the ice, and fill the glass with club soda. Stir, taste, and add more syrup if desired. Garnish with the remaining lime wedge and a sprig of mint.

Strawberry Fields Negroni

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Grand Brulot
  • 0.5 oz Gin
  • 0.5 oz Campari
  • 0.5 oz Strawberry Liqueur

Directions: Mix all the ingredients in a rock glass and serve with a king cube. Garnish with fresh or candied strawberry.

Vida Verde

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Desolas Mezcal
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz cucumber juice
  • 1 oz basil & cilantro infused agave
  • Splash of pineapple juice

Directions: Combine all the ingredients in a rock glass, mix, and add a splash of pineapple juice. Garnish with a cucumber wedge.
