Here are all the featured Latinas nominated for the 2025 Premio Lo Nuestro.

This just in: Becky G is the leading Latina nominee for the upcoming 2025 Premio Lo Nuestro. The Mexican songstress received 10 nominations, tying with Mexican crooner Carin León. The 2025 Premio Lo Nuestro will take place at the Kaseya Center in Miami, FL, on Feb. 20.

Becky G had an incredible year in 2024. Not only did she release her second música mexicana album, Encuentros, but she also embarked on her second consecutive tour, titled “Casa Gomez: Otro Capítulo Tour.” These efforts earned her 10 nominations for the upcoming Premio Lo Nuestro. Her nominations include Album of the Year and Mexican Music Album of the Year for Esquinas; Best Female Combination for “Cuidadito” with Chiquis; Crossover Collaboration of the Year for “Tonight (Bad Boys: Ride Or Die)” with El Alfa and Black Eyed Peas; and four more nods for her popular collaboration “Por El Contrario” with Ángela Aguilar & Leonardo Aguilar, including Song of the Year. Her collaboration “Mercedes” with Óscar Maydon also received two nominations.

But Becky G isn’t the only Latina up for awards this season. Shakira received nine nominations, including major categories such as Premio Lo Nuestro Artist of the Year, Song of the Year for “Puntería” with Cardi B, and Album of the Year for Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran.

Thanks in part to Becky G’s epic collaboration, Ángela Aguilar is also one of the most-nominated Latinas this year, with eight nods. In addition to being nominated four times for “Por El Contrario,” she’s up for Album of the Year for Bolero, Best Female Combination for “Troca” with Thalía, and Pop/Ballad Song of the Year for “Somos Novios” with Trío Los Panchos.

Emilia, the Argentinean pop star, is another top contender with eight nominations. Her nods include major categories such as Song of the Year, The Perfect Mix of the Year, and Mexican Music Song of the Year for “Perdonarte ¿Para Qué?” with Los Ángeles Azules; Best Female Combination for “La_original.Mp3” with Tini; and Urban Collaboration of the Year for “Alegría” with Tiago Pzk.

Colombian pop star Karol G is nominated for seven awards, including Premio Lo Nuestro Artist of the Year, Song of the Year for “Si Antes Te Hubiera Conocido,” and Tour of the Year for her successful Mañana Será Bonito Tour.

Several other Latinas are also nominated. Bellakath, Young Miko, Belinda, Kenia Os, and Carla Morrison are in the running for Best Female Combination, while Anitta, Farina, and Nicki Nicole are competing for Urban Female Artist of the Year. Kali Uchis, Elena Rose, Laura Pausini, and Thalía are also nominees for Pop Female Artist of the Year.
